By using intelligentcloudservices.digital or enrolling in a session with Intelligent Cloud Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a place.

Sessions and informational pricing
Descriptions of workshops, coaching, and practice evenings are informational. A booking is confirmed only when we accept your enquiry in writing and, where required, receive the stated deposit. Prices on the site may change; the fee in your confirmation email controls.
No investment advice
Training teaches charting technique and decision rehearsal. Nothing on this site or in a session is personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or a guarantee of trading results. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk.
Intellectual property
Course materials, rule sheets, annotated examples, and website content remain the property of Intelligent Cloud Services. You may keep materials provided for your personal practice. You may not redistribute, resell, or record sessions without prior written consent.
Conduct
Participants must treat others respectfully and must not disrupt sessions. We may refuse or end a booking if conduct interferes with the room’s purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from trading decisions you make after training. Our liability for a supplied session is limited to the fee paid for that session.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of NSW have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
