Refunds & cancellations
Eligibility, timeframes, and process for refunds on Fibonacci retracement practice sessions, coaching, and deposits.
Scope
This policy applies to paid places in the Fibonacci Retracement Intensive, Market structure foundations, group practice evenings, and one-to-one chart coaching offered by Intelligent Cloud Services. It does not cover third-party software, brokerage fees, or products we do not sell.
Cooling-off and eligibility
If you cancel a confirmed Intensive or foundations workshop 14 or more days before the session start, we refund fees paid minus a AUD $40 administration fee. Cancellations between 13 and 5 days before the session receive a 50% refund of fees paid. Cancellations inside 5 days, or no-shows, are not refundable.
Group practice evenings cancelled 48 hours or more before start are fully refundable. Inside 48 hours, the evening fee is forfeited but may be credited to a later evening within 60 days at our discretion.
Coaching sessions cancelled 24 hours or more before the appointment are fully refundable or may be rescheduled once at no charge. Later cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee.
Deposits
The AUD $150 deposit for Intensives and foundations is applied to the session fee. If you cancel within a full-refund window, the deposit is returned under the same percentage rules above. Deposits are not transferable to another person without our written agreement.
Work already started
Once a session has begun, fees for that session are non-refundable. Printed materials already issued remain yours; digital rule sheets already emailed are not a basis for partial refund.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule an Intensive or foundations seat once, subject to availability, if you give at least 7 days’ notice. Further reschedules may require a new deposit.
How to request a refund
Email hello@intelligentcloudservices.digital with your name, session date, and reason. Phone +61 2 9267 8800 if you need to speak with someone the same business day. We confirm eligibility within three business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. We do not issue cash refunds at the studio.
Exceptions
If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or a free transfer to a later date — your choice. Australian Consumer Law rights that cannot be excluded still apply.
