What we collect
- Name, email, and message content from the contact form
- Optional preferred date and session of interest
- Booking and payment correspondence once a seat is confirmed
- Technical logs such as IP address and browser type when you visit the site (via hosting and any analytics cookies you accept)
We do not ask for passport numbers, tax file numbers, or brokerage login credentials.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, confirm session places, issue invoices and refunds where applicable, improve the website, and meet legal record-keeping duties.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months. Booking and payment records are retained for seven years to satisfy accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete enquiry data earlier where we have no legal need to keep it.
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers to operate the site and communicate with you. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by Australian law.
International transfers
Some hosting or email subprocessors may store data outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.
Your rights
